A benevolent living environment

The living environment offered in this reception structure is adapted to people suffering from cognitive disorders with shapes offering freedom of movement and location, attractive / repulsive colors to guide residents, adapted lights. The choice of plants allows the landscapes presented in the Village to help the residents locate spatio-temporally and stimulate their senses. The many paths created are adapted to the wandering of residents. The security of the site is "soft": the fence uses the architectural and landscaped elements present, without the impression of a restrictive enclosure.

The landscaped park covers more than 5 hectares. It benefits from 3 ponds and trees that were already on the site, a landscape quality that has been preserved in the final project.

Etang

A shared vegetable garden created with the Grateful Gardens is made available to residents. They can take care of it alone, with their visitors or with an accompanying person.

Potager

Animals are of particular benefit to people suffering with dementia. At the mini-farm, the residents can take care of our chickens and two donkeys, Jasmine and Junon.
